Prior to the start of the school year,
Registration fees, Building Maintenance fees and Teaching
materials must be paid in full.
School fees can be paid monthly:
\57,750 for nursery
\78,750 for primary
These Fees should be paid by the 15th of the previous month.
Fees can be paid in cash or into our bank account.
Please note that the school fees are non-returnable.

The School Year
Each year we have 195 days and at Scottish Academy a day,
from 9am until 4pm, is seven hours. We give great value for
moneyF quality and quantity.

| School Uniform |

Upon enrollment there is a mandatory charge of 36,750yen
for the school uniform, which consists of :
Two pairs of trousers or skirts
Two shirts
Two summer shirts
One sweater
One blazer
One tie
One scarf
One smock
One bag
Additional items of uniform such as spare shirts or
a coat can be purchased over and above those stipulated

Special Events |
|
Prior to each Special Event Day, a letter will be given
to each pupil itemizing any requirements, monetary or
otherwise. In general pupils attend these special days
free of charge, however outings requiring transportation
will incur a charge of \1,000 for lunch, sweeties, drinks
and transportation fees. Special Event Days that include
a lot of walking will incur a charge of \500 for lunch,
sweeties and drinks. For optional events such as skiing,
Ritz Carlton Manner luncheon, trip to Scotland etc both
pupils and accompanying adults will be charged appropriately.

Donations |
| At Christmas time the pupils go carol
singing around the neighbourhood taking up a collection
which we donate to R.N.L.I.
Donations to the school for this cause will be warmly
accepted as will any other donation towards our own
school funds.
We are hoping to purchase a multi-system video recorder!
